What started as a hobby quickly became an obsession for Josh. After foiling a few batches of plywood fins, he began developing a range of templates using solid fiberglass construction. Word soon spread among local surfers and shapers, and before long, Panza Fins was born. Working alongside local shapers like Elvis Beetham and Tom Hope allowed the fins to be tested and refined in some of Ireland’s best waves. Over the years, both the fins and the brand have continued to evolve. Today, Josh hand-foils fins in Sydney at Rhino Laminating, where he has the opportunity to work alongside world-class shapers producing high-quality surfboards and surf hardware.
