Order Processing

Standard delivery orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Express delivery orders placed before 3:00pm Irish time are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that dispatch times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, product launches, or for custom-made orders.

Shipping Carriers

Orders within the Republic of Ireland are shipped using An Post.

Orders within the European Union are shipped using trusted carriers including DHL and DPD.

Orders outside the European Union are shipped using a range of international carriers depending on the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost charged by Panza Fins.

We recommend checking your local import regulations and fees before placing an order.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to ensure all orders arrive promptly, Panza Fins is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
