Customers are responsible for ensuring all custom order details, measurements, templates, colours, and specifications are correct before approval.

Panza Fins products are designed for surfing and related water sports, which involve inherent risks.
Customers are responsible for inspecting products before use and ensuring products are suitable for their board, conditions, and skill level.
Panzafins is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, impacts, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with surfing and water sports activities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or defective products under applicable consumer protection laws.
