Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Panza Fins cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If an issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


Custom & Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced, except where required under applicable consumer law.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.

Please note that certain custom-made or personalised products may be exempt from this right under EU consumer law.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
